| The Family Planning Program provides reproductive health services to men and women of childbearing age. All services are confidential with no residency or income requirements. Fees are based on income with a sliding fee for services. No person is denied services for inability to pay. Illinois Medicaid and private insurance is billed.

- Unintended pregnancies through education including abstinence, natural family planning and contraceptive services.

- Planning of pregnancies
- The right to informed consent regarding your reproductive health choices and birth control methods
- Accessible, quality reproductive health care at reduced fees
Medical Services include:
- Physical exams and health screenings including pelvic and breast exams and pap smear
- Pregnancy testing and birth control options
- Male and female sexually transmitted diseases (STD) testing, education, and treatment
- HIV/AIDS risk assessment and prevention education
- Emergency Contraception
- Infertility education and referral
Teens are welcome and will receive confidential care.
